Marc Head (Manager/Senior Technician)

Marc, one of the founders of the business, has wide industry experience as well as being well versed in Automotive Systems and technologies. Marc has been in the industry since since he was 18 years old and in that time has been a strong supporter and member of the Motor Trade Association (MTA). Marc has been a member of the Northland Branch Executive since he completed his apprenticeship in 1992 as an A-Grade technician. He has served three years as Branch President and has served on the National Alternative Fuels Specialist Committee for two years (one year as Chairman). Marc was part of the National Repairers Committee for three years, working as an advisor to LTSA on issues such as WOF law and vehicle standards and regulations and worked as an advisor to the MTA board for a further year. Marc has recently stepped down from MTA roles but follows industry progress and technologies closely. Marc has interests in industry training and improvements in techniques, as well as being a keen Spear fisherman, gardener, tramper, golfer and Dad.

Carol Head (Administration Manager)

Carol, also a founder of the business, has a background in Farming then Food Retail Management. She is conversant in in Management Techniques, Business Management, as well as Stock Management and Invoicing Systems. Carol deals with mostly debtor/creditor management as well as client newsletters and promotion. Carol enjoys gardening, fishing, golfing, travelling and being a Mum.

Adam Billington (Senior Automotive Technician)

Adam has been a technician with the business since November 2003. He completed his aprenticeship in mid 2006 and is very conversant with Automotive Systems and technologies. Adam is known for his drive for excellence and his "the job isn't worth doing if its not done right" attitude. Adam is very competent in the use of all equipment in the Service Centre and is a fast learner, capable at thinking outside the Square on diagnostic demands. Adam is a very keen fisherman as well as a good golfer.

Richard Hards (Parts & Distribution Manager)

Richard has been in the businesses team since January 2009. He has vast industry experience in automotive and engineering stores. Recently immigrated from Surrey England, Richard is often your first point of contact and is always happy to help with any queries or bookings you may have. He is also a real handy guy to know if you are looking for parts and can often source the most differcult parts to find. Richard also deals with all Internet sales and sources all parts and equipment the Service Centre requires. He is a keen fisherman, traveller, home brewer, DIYer, golfer and photographer.

Logan Head (Legal and Accounts adviser)

Logan has been part of the team since April 2009 and has a background in obstetrics. He is a keen participant in most activities and loves to play with his cars, watch Toy story and Shrek and loves the coastal environment we have in Northland.
